The Congress of African Association for Water (AfWA), which takes place every year is a technical and scientific forum that aims at discussing water sector development, sanitization, and environment in Africa.
During the last three years, many delegates from Africa and from the rest of the world gathered at the annual conferences.
The 19th Congress will take place in Bamako, Mali, from February 11 – 16, 2018 with the theme « Accelerating access to sanitation and water for all in Africa facing climate change »
